Martin McGeough, FFPM RCPS(Glasg) FCPM Podiatrist: Founder & Medical Director of Firefly . He has extensive business, clinical and research experience in custom foot orthoses and footwear, biomechanics and clinical gait analysis across a range of health, sports and medical applications. He holds a number of honorary and guest lecturer positions in universities across Ireland.

Sarah Fay Hynes, is the Operations Director of Firefly and has expertise in management of R&D and innovation in the company and past experience administrating EU projects (A-FOOTPRINT).

Maurya Schuermann, is the Digital Design & Software Lead and is responsible for the design /CAD within Firefly.
