Dr Nina Petrova MD, PhD has a national and international reputation in research in Charcot osteoarthropathy. She has initiated, led, managed and delivered 12 academic and clinical research projects with accumulated funding of c. £2.05M.
Prof Michael Edmonds is a world-renowned expert in the field. He is globally recognised as a pioneer in utilising a multidisciplinary approach for treatment and a recipient of multiple prestigious awards. Prof Edmonds will act as clinical and academic advisor for the network, facilitate training in diabetic foot disease and Charcot osteoarthropathy.
